Kimberly Ochab is a Nurse Practitioner with Springhill Physician Practices on the campus of Springhill Medical Center. Springhill Physician Practices is a multiple physician group. They accept walk-in appointments and provide a very hands on approach to care in the facility.

I see every patient as an individual and treat them as such, taking time to listen and providing them education regarding their healthcare.

I am an active member of Theodore First Baptist Church. I am also on the Disaster Medical Alert Team.

What do you want to tell the public about you and/or your practice?
I am a long time resident of Theodore, Al. I work very closely with both Dr. Blessey and Dr. Becker. I have been affiliated with Springhill Medical Center since 2005. Springhill Medical Center is conveniently located and we always have the best need of the patient in mind.

The best advice I can give is to be proactive with your healthcare and prevention is the best medicine.

What inspires me is to help others feel better and educate patients on their health conditions.
